Hi all !
I came back to Eve about 1 year and half since i quit Eve.
Two days ago when i start playing eve again, they were no pb and i could play my chara (Manji Zeytun) without any pb.
Since yesterday, when i log again, i'm forced to create a new one.
Today i finally decide to do it.
I was hoping i could have Manji on the chara selection but it does'nt work.
Is it possible to have my chara back ? Manji is 40M xp, it's not huge, but i realy don't want to restart a new chara from the beginning.

I don' t know.
I was able to play Manji 2 days ago (with all my ship, skill, evrything was normal).
I try to play yesterday and today and each time, i was forced ro creat a new chara.
Maybe it come from steam cause i get the game back via steam.
When i first started eve (2008) it was with the ccp dl portal.
I try to write a ticket on the 'escap" button during chara crea but it dosn't work at all.

It was my 1st purpose but i have trouble installing eve without Steam.
I was a pb of file location.
I had check on the net and saw that some people had the same pb.
My buddy who started eve 4 days ago used steam.
I decided to do the same so i can play with him faster. |

I check on the laucher a way to change a chara name but i find nothing.
The only option was to change the account and i only have one.
And it's strange i could play to days ago since i didn't touch anything |

I have found a strange game to play my chara again :
On the laucher, i click on change user account.
Then i reenter my login/pw.
Then its ok. But it seems that i have to do that each time. |
